Used for dinner. It's delicious no matter what you eat. This is my first time eating the root of Seri Nabe. It's not a pot with a veneer in it, but a pot with a veneer in it. I definitely want to eat it again when the season comes. The alcohol menu is good for drinkers, and I am satisfied. It was already cold when I went, but there were still customers sitting outside. 2023.12.23 I wanted to try this restaurant's ultimate fried horse mackerel, so I made a reservation long in advance and visited. All the dishes are sophisticated and there are many types of sake. The plain wood counter is beautiful, and the staff are kind and helpful. The dishes include the ultimate fried horse mackerel, persimmon butter, oyster and perilla tempura, kumquat mascarpone, stewed hamburger, dashi-wrapped egg, and curry rice to finish. All of them were time-consuming and delicate. The soup stock rolls and stewed hamburger steaks are made with great care, such as serving the same dish separately for each person. It's a restaurant that requires reservations, but the person next door made a reservation by phone on the same day, aiming for around 8:00 pm. There were many people who visited the store without making a reservation and were unable to enter the store, so it was helpful to know that calling ahead of time is also important. Sake is 890 yen per cup, 590 yen per glass (0.5 cup?), and if you don't change the glass, you get 150 yen off for the second glass.

As per the reputation, the drinks and food were very delicious, especially the fried horse mackerel! However, this summer, when it was extremely hot, the large entrance was left open and the air conditioning inside the store was not working. It was so hot that I felt like I was going to get sick, so I had to leave the store quickly, which was a shame. I entered the store right after it opened, but no one was answering the phone calls, so I kept hearing the phone ringing, which made me feel uncomfortable and I couldn't enjoy a conversation.

I've been curious about this for a long time, but this time I was finally able to ask about it. I thought it would be a calm day because I was able to make a reservation last minute, but when we arrived, all seats were occupied except for our reserved seat! It's better to call and ask. Not only do they have a lot of sake, but all the dishes on the menu are delicious and make ordering fun. The menu seemed like it was meant to make me drink sake, and I ended up drinking a lot of it. They have a wide range of selections, from premium alcoholic beverages to minor alcoholic beverages you've never heard of, and the lineup is such that you won't get bored just by looking at the menu. The day ended with curry and miso soup, filling both the stomach and the soul. This is a store I definitely want to visit again.

I made a reservation and came to the store over a month in advance. All the dishes were exquisite. Since it was a restaurant where you had to line up to enter, I couldn't stay long and had to leave after 2 hours, but even though it was a cold night, some people were sitting outside. The fried horse mackerel was smaller than I expected, so I recommend one plate per person.
